职位描述：
工作职责：
1、Understand the product's high level design and feature specifications.
2、Execute test cases using both manual processes and automated test tools.
3、Record defects, providing sufficient detail to allow developers to correct.
4、Actively communicate with developments team and other test teams to resolve issues
岗位要求：
1、Have experience of test planning, test case design, test execution, test status report
2、Solid system skills of Linux/AIX/Windows
3、Experience in Business Intelligence
4、experience on Cognos would be preferred
5、Familiar with Web Services, WebSphere
6、Skilled experience in database: DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
7、Script programming skills: shell/perl
8、System performance tuning & troubleshooting
9、Excellent written/spoken English
10、Bachelar or above in Computer Science
其他：
1、Work experience in Geographically Distributed team
2、Familiar with Rational products like Jazz/RTC & Insight is a strong plus
3、Familiar with Apache web server, HTML, wiki, web2.0
4、Technical writing
5、Strong communication skill with very good English skill
