Product Line:
Participate in the design and implementation of Policy-Based Network Management (PBNM) Systems of IAAS.
Responsibilities:
1.Design and implement the software system on time with good quality.
2.Actively contribute to the software development process to improve the quality and efficiency. This includes, but not limited

to:
1)Documentation (draft and reviews)
2)Design discussion with team members
3)Functional reviews
4)Code reviews
5)Test plan and test system setup
6)Fix product defects
Requirements:
1.5+ years working experience in software development, Bachelor’s degree or above. (must)
2.Proficient in C/C++ language and Linux C/ C++ programming. (must)
3.Good understanding of the basic fundamental concepts of QOS, Solid knowledge on Policy-Based Network Management (PBNM)

Systems design. (must)
4.Good understanding of OO concept and design pattern.
5.Solid knowledge on Linux application/kernel programming.
6.Solid experience in multi-process and multi-thread programming.
7.Effective team player, and good quick learner, willing to learn.
8.Solid English reading/writing capability.
Additional requirements:
1.Familiar with computer architecture, performance testing and profiling tools.
2.Good knowledge on virtualization and cloud computing technology.

3.了解QOS的基本原理，对基于策略的网管系统有丰富的开发经验；
4.熟悉面向对象的设计方法（OO design）；
5.具备扎实的LINUX应用及内核开发知识；
6.具备丰富的进程间通信和多线程开发经验；
7.工作积极主动，快速的学习能力，工作效率高；
8.良好的英语读写能力。
优先条件：
1.熟悉计算机架构或性能测试及相应性能分析工具；
2.熟悉虚拟化或云计算技术。
