职位描述：
Responsibilities
  Fully understand the requirements from customers and product managers
  Actively participate in product design and discussions
  Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
  Create innovative solutions for complex multi-media applications
Qualifications
  Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
  5+ years experience in Embedded system development. 
  Knowledge of Linux kernel is a must
  Strong C/C++ capability is a must
  TCP/IP, socket programming is a must
  H.323/SIP development experience is a plus
  Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming
  Self-motivated and team player
  Willing to take ownership and make commitment
  Good English skills, both in written and oral
  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  Ready to make commitments and have "can do" attitude
