职位描述：
1)Linux support to administrate more than 30 IBM XSeries servers and attached storage; 2)Setup OS level monitoring thread hold in Tivoli ITM and prepare operation procedure for operators; 3)Perform performance and capacity trends analysis and recommendation based on data collected from managed servers; 4)Report and communicate with clients on server performance and capacity; 5)Onsite support problem resolution and determination when required
1)3+ years in Linux system administration and operation; 2)Master in IP network management; 3)experiences in IBM  PSeries and XSeries connection to SAN switch; 4) Experienced in storage management, backup and recovery; 5)Data center operation experiences  desirable
1)Bachelor degree in computer science and technology or similar major; 2)Proficient oral and written English; 3)Good communication skill; 4)Spirit of dedication and devotion under stress; 5)Attitude of teamwork; 6)certification of Linux system administration; 7)DB2 or Oracle certification preferable
