职位描述：
Minimum BSEE or BSCS, Masters Preferred.
Minimum of 3~5 years of strong work experience in system testing and automation test infrastructure on Linux and embedded system for BSP, device drivers and solutions.
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated capability building Unit tests, integration test and system test on device drivers,Linux Kernels and user space packages for networking products.  Stong understanding of networking use cases and end customer environments is preferred.
Demonstrated quantitative skills in testing, test analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of embedded system programming for Linux/Unix kernel, device drivers. Multiple-core technology is preferred.
Strong script language programming skills, such as Python, Perl, Expect, Shell
Experienced in System and Component Performance Measurement and verification on Linux BSPs.
Familiar with any of the following processors architecture: PowerPC, and prefer to have multi-core and PowerPC knowledge.
Knowledge and understanding of common Open Source software development practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good  English skills, self-motivated. Ideal candidates will have international experience.
