职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Provide 7X24 support for production infrastructure
1.对应用环境基础架构提供 24x7技术支持。
2.Maintain server uptime consistent with corporate goals and metrics
2.确保服务器有效性并达到公司规定的标准。
3.Manage disk storage/tape backups and archiving for all critical business systems in the company
3.管理公司关键数据磁盘/磁带备份存储。
4.Maintain and constantly improve server performance, reliability and security, including kernel tuning, file system layout and optimization, and ongoing of services in compliance with security policies
4.维护与提高服务器性能，稳定性，安全性。包括内核优化，文件系统配置、优化，以及确保安全策略的一致性。
5.Participate in corporate projects as needed to provide server and storage specification and to install appropriate systems
5.参与公司项目中的技术规划和系统部署（含存储系统）。
6.Conduct testing and analysis of all components of all enterprise Linux servers
6.对公司Linux服务和子系统进行测试和分析。
7.Work on open issues, potential problems that affect the timely completion of projects
7.执行分配的任务，排除潜在技术问题，确保项目顺利实施。
8.Participate in Company website releases, audits and 3rd party server scans as deemed appropriate by management
8.参与公司站点发布，审核和已采用的第三方系统的监控扫描。
Skills/Requirements:
1.2+ years of experience in Linux administration
1.2年以上 Linux 管理经验。
2.University degree in Computer science or similar fields of study
2.大学本科计算机或相关专业。
3.Demonstrated expertise in system performance profiling and performance tuning in Linux environment.
3.熟悉Linux系统配置和优化。
4.Experience in supporting 7X24 production web sites and Apache, BEA/JBOSS/Oracle and Networker backup software is preferred
4.具有以下经验优先考虑：24x7 技术支持，Apache, BEA/JBOSS/Oracle， Networker backup software。
5.Customer support experience and a strong customer-service orientation
