1.Over 3 years experience in Web application.
2.Familiar with PHP, LAMP (Linux, Apache,  My SQL, PHP) Architecture.
3.Have project experiences, Project management experience is a plus.
4.Good English communication skills because he/she has to communicate a lot with US and India.
5.Proactive,  good attitude, good team spirit.
6.Client interacting experience is preferred
